3. Notes & Clarifications

National Holidays shall be observed mandatorily.

Where two holidays fall on the same date, the Firm shall observe the day as a single holiday.

If any holiday falls on a Sunday or non-working day, no compensatory holiday shall be granted unless specifically approved by management.

During peak professional periods or statutory deadlines, employees may be required to work on holidays, subject to management discretion.

The Firm reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any holiday based on operational requirements.
