  • • To maintain records reasonably necessary for professional and administrative purposes

We do not use contact-form data for marketing lists, newsletters, advertising audiences, or retargeting unless you give separate, specific consent for that purpose.

4. How we collect data

Personal data is collected when you submit forms, email or call us, message via WhatsApp, or interact with technical systems that generate logs. We do not currently operate non-essential analytics or advertising pixels on this website.

5. Lawful / permitted basis

Where consent is required, we rely on your affirmative action (for example, submitting an enquiry after acknowledging this notice). Processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a professional engagement, to provide information you have asked for, or to meet legal and professional obligations. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent as described below.

6. Consequences of not providing data

If you do not provide information marked as required on a form, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or process your request.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required under applicable law or professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

  • • Authorised personnel of the Firm who need it to respond to your request

Contact form submissions are currently processed by sending an email to the Firm’s published mailbox using the server mail function. WhatsApp interactions are processed on Meta’s platforms according to WhatsApp’s terms.

9. Cross-border processing

Some technical providers (for example, font or CDN services, email or messaging platforms) may process data on servers located outside India. We do not claim that all processing occurs only in India. Where cross-border transfers occur, they will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Security safeguards

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or alteration. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent by contacting us at the email address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal, or processing required by law or professional obligations.

13. Grievance redressal

If you have a concern about how your personal data is handled, please contact the Firm using the email address published above. We will endeavour to acknowledge and address grievances within a reasonable period.

If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India or other competent authority as provided under applicable law.
